Timing is what it is. Biden needs to be careful not to go all "See? BAN DA GUNZZ". He could either just let it be and say "not commenting on an ongoing investigation". OR, he can say that it appears the NRA has lost the mission of protecting the Constitutional right to bear arms and it's previous advocacy of gun laws that uphold that right and protect owners. He can say that once it's all over, if they get out of the way then we can finally have the discussion all Americans want. The NRA is the problem. NOT the guns.

Separate the actions of the people from the devices, as they claim to want.
