The USPS is safe enough for the Census, Taxes, Banking, Passports, Social Security, etc but the dingus in chief wants people to think it isn't safe enough for voting. So the Postmaster General, whose only qualification for the job appears to be that he is a Trump donor and fundraiser, is trying to gut the entire management structure and make it seem unreliable for the first time in the Nation's History.
