In my opinion he should start opening day. He was already suspended for half (?) the season and he was cleared

No suspension will make Roger look powerless. Even though charges were dropped, Foster once again shined a negative light on the NFL. I say he gets 3-4 games max. I would be surprised if he gets no suspension.

They did with hunt . And of course it is a suspension , no play , no pay , has to be
