Very true, but we should remember this is the same organization that thought Blake Bortles was good enough to keep after a couple of good play-off games despite all the other bad games he played. The Jags are one of the worst run franchises in the league and are quickly headed back to the cellar and stockpiling draft picks yet again. They might as well trade their assets. They ain't winning a title anytime soon.

That is the problem with Minshew, there isn’t a real game plan for him. He’s not talented enough to win a Super Bowl IMO but his entire game is built on improvising which is hard as hell to game plan for.

it will make for a good back up quality though.

The initial contract was based on flash in the pan performance, don't see why moving on from it can't use the same logic.

Minshew just by being an unknown is superior.
