Could've happened anywhere but so many senseless killings in NO. NO can be such a great place, culturally, food, music, sports...yet has way too much un-necessary crime &violence It's a shame.
Sorry to say but I hope the young shooter dies in jail. Hopefully, he never sees the light of day again. No technicalities, no time off for good behavior...

Dam, that's a big dude. Looks to be about 6'6" according to the police photo. Why would a guy his size feel he needs to cap a guy over a fender bender? Even if he was uber pissed about it he's big enough to just land some punches and then nobody dies. WTF is wrong with people? I hope that guy enjoys long showers with other men because that's his life from now on.

I think there's more to the story to say the least. Also read that the killer played one year for the New Orleans Arena Football league team. He had to know that was Will Smith. You played for the New Orleans Arena football team at the same time Smith was a part of the Saints

Yeah, that would be a hellified coincidence. Made all the more funky as Hayes rear-ended Smith. As Hayes settled with the city of NO in 2011. I don't think saying that's how he got that hummer is a stretch. Would he really be stupid enough to purposely put himself in a jackpot 5 years later over some fucked up revenge scenario?
