Really sad. Solid player on special teams and a good backup safety. Never lived up to expectations after eligibility problems in college.

I can't imagine this was related to concussions. Dude was only 29.

What if you're brains so messed up that it's either give into the impulse to physically hurt someone or just blast away the damaged grey matter with a bullet? I'm not saying that this particular instance is concussion related, but some of these guys brains are wrecked. I wouldn't criticize a guy with an amputated leg having a shitty 40 time because he's hopping along.

Actually I typically do not agree with Mcro but in this instance I do. IMO short of terminal cancer suicide is just cowadice and by committing suicide you just hurt those around you.
