Browns claimed LB Brandon Magee off waivers from the Cowboys.
It's a solid pickup for Cleveland. Magee was a priority UDFA in Dallas, getting $70,000 guaranteed on his rookie deal. He'll play special teams and learn inside linebacker with the Browns. Magee is not an outside pass rusher.

I liked Magee, but Dallas signed a couple of solid special teams LB's, which is the role he would have played this year

Good for him but Cleveland is a lousy place to live IMHO

At least it was not Detroit that poor city is a 3rd world country
