Again it's the same people who made the original mock up yet this article seems to think they are the real deal or at least close to it.


Less is more I guess is right. We don't have a rich history of Jerseys to choose from so something plain but different than what we already wear is what they are going for.

They are ok. I didn't hate the other fake ones either, but I just want to laugh at everyone who bought them already.

I really liked the Tiger ones at first, but they look like shit now. These dont have an ass load of stripes which is nice to see, and also have the Flyers logo I want over a Quakers script. There really is not much more we can do, which is going to be a pain in the ass come 2014 when we play the Penguins.

Capitals-Bruins New Years Day. The Penguins will actually be playing their AHL affiliate in the Heritage Classic, entirely ruining any Canadian team's chances of playing outdoors ever.

Pretty cool jersey. Flyers haven't changed much because they have one of the best chest patches in the league. The solid black shoulder looks nice.

Yeah, the Caps are going to be hosting in 2013 or 2014, and I would guess the former over the latter.

I would think the Bruins, Sabres, Kings, or Hawks would all be strong nominees they might play against.

Sabres and Bruins yes. I dont see LA playing in one, at least not against the Caps. The Hawks are front runners for sure, but I bet the NHL wants them with the Rags or Bruins so they can hype up an Original 6 showdown

Any team that has already played in the classic is considered a front runner for the next one.

Ew. I don't like those ones either. I really don't like the burnt orange color with all the black. I think a mostly black and white jersey with orange trim would look cool. Even though a lot if ppl on here are really against black uni's for some reason
