I tell ya... Marian Hossa has easily been the best player in this series so far for either team. I'm a little surprised, but give the guy credit, he's making a lot happen out there.

Good timing for the intermission, I think, for both teams.

Flyers get to settle down - yeah, they got scored on twice, but the first one was a goal that the Hawks will get now and again. The second goal was an absolute pillow, but this gives Leighton the chance to settle down.

Hawks get to sit back and think, yeah, we're up 2-0, but without Niemi making some clutch saves, we'd be in a whole different game. Let's bear down defensively while sustaining the pressure.

I do think the Flyers are in one hell of a hole, though.

IMO, in the 3rd, if Philly scores first....they'll tie it and eventually win it. If Chi-town scores first....it's over.

Big time change of events here. I know captain obvious at it again right? Flyers better get an early goal in the third. Even if they don't pull it off the series isn't over but it sure makes it a hell of a lot tougher.

If the Flyers get any PP's they better capitalize.
