Tough day for giroux (1G 1A) and briere (1A) today. Eisbaren won 7-1.

Also looks like Simmonds is gonna move to the Czech extraliga (Chris Stewart along with him). They only signed 30 day contracts with eispiraten

Sestito had a goal and a fight yesterday (goal in each game so far I believe)

giroux sucked nuts today.. only an assist (eisbaren won 2-0).. briere DNP (flu)

simmonds (and chris stewart (STL)) signed with liberec in the Czech Extraliga.. no points for either in their first game

bryz was a healthy scratch again today.. stana gave up 2 goals which has been a rarity

read had no points in SSK's win (according to meltzer, he might get credit with an assist eventually).. SSK beat anze kopitar's team today

grossmann is apparently not going to join read with SSK.. they dont have the $$ for his insurance

also, sestito got a match penalty (and auto 3-game suspension) for checking a guy in the head yesterday.. dude got some cuts and a concussion.. from everything i've read, him being 6-5 and the dude he hit being 5-7 had a lot to do with the pain

also got in a fight to defend himself afterwards

Sheffield is appealing the suspension
