I liked John Lynch when he was here, and he seems like a great guy .. but I don't like him in the Bronco ROF

How about Brian Dawkins - he played one less year here, but was about as inspirational and giving as any player ever ...

Is Al Wilson in the ROF ??

I think Jake The Snake had a better career as a Bronco than John Lynch

Eddie Mac ??

I kind of beg to differ at least on the worthiness of Lynch,Dawkins and Plummer as ROF candidates. I think all three are similar in impact and production they brought to Broncos. To me anyway,out of those three,if your going to let one in you might as well let other two in. If you didn't let any in for that prestigious honor,I would be ok with that also. Got to remember...Denver really doesn't have a long,strong list to choose from except pretty much from Elway years/teams. Those 3 are right up there when you consider everything really.

between him and the organization that I am not aware of ?? .. His kid pretty much scoffed at coming here ..

Personally I would put both Eddie Mac and Wilson in before Lynch.

Simon Fletcher on the other hand - was a long over due honor for a great player - who had lots of years with 10 or more sacks.

Lynch - who I like - I could have done without.

If Lynch why not Trevor Pryce? He went to as many consecutive Pro Bowls (4) as Lynch and won more Super Bowls than Lynch and was here twice as long.

Has Von done enough in his 5 years to get into the ROF? Single handily won the Super Bowl and has won more playoff games than Lynch did here. John is a great all round player on and off the field.

Wonder if Lynch in 2 ROFs for two different clubs will help his HOF entry?

Thanks Spirit. Yep. Pretty surprising for sure. Maybe there is some " behind the scenes " bad blood going on with Mac and organization. Guy should be in just based on the punishment he took over the middle for s long. I bet he would rank right a the top of the " Most receptions after getting pulverized " category if the NFL had one.

I do wonder a bit if the putting Lynch in the ROF was more to help his HOF chances than that he was truly deserving of it for the Broncos. It could also have to do with the fact that he has stayed around Denver and also been a broadcast guy for the team so this could be for more than just his playing career with the Broncos.

Also just want to point out how many of the players that come to Denver later in their careers seem to settle in Denver for retirement. Just seems they love the atmosphere of Denver more so than any other place they have played. I doubt Manning sticks around but that is more because of family ties and possible job opportunities after football.

Al Wilson should be in the ROF if Lynch is in. Wilson was the heart and soul of the franchise in the early 2000s.

He pulled this organization out of the garbage pile, made the team exciting despite limited skills, and will be forever a part of Bronco folklore

No a statue of Tebow posing wouldn't be awesome. I got nothing against Tebow the person, Tebow the QB simply wasn't good & he gets way too much credit for what the Broncos did as a team in 2011. Examples: in 14 games played (11 started) he was sacked 33 times. He had 14 fumbles (+6 int's) & he completed less than 50% of his passes (46.5). I know alotta people like Tebow the person, & again I got nothing against him. But there's a reason why no teams in the NFL have even thought of him as a back-up QB let alone a starter.

Nope he is staying . Manning loves Denver . he owns 30 or 40 poppa Johns in the Denver area ..

I pretty sure he is buy the Broncos
