They way over paid Flacco as everyone knows but that's the gamble the Ravens FO took when they didn't extend him a contract last year.

Without Ray Rice putting up steady chunks of yards, Joe has to carry more of the load.

It's a whole different ball game without a running game and great defense to fall back on.

Defense is fine this year, still not the best but it wasn't the best last year either. The difference for the Ravens this year is the o-line and the running game and no QB is going to consistently win games without those two things.
