Looks to me like we are tied to Flacco for 3 years. Does this say anything about Lock development.

I think this was to create space for the brown sweepstakes and then if they don’t use it it rolls over and offets the dead money if they cut him.

I'd say there is no question - the Broncos liked what they have seen of Flacco and their offense in practice and Flacco is also happy with his status and opportunity with the Broncos. The contract deal is indicates all the parties are happy. I call that good news.

No question- though - this deal has some impact on Lock. If the Broncos are going to take the long view on the QB transition - Lock might not see the field this year and stay on IR.
