Not his best game last night, but he's like a pitcher who isn't getting any run support.
yeah, I saw a graphic last night that said prior to giving up 3 goals in each of the last 2 games he had a streak of 13 straight games of only giving up 2 or fewer goals. that's pretty good

That's kinda been the book on him for years though, in the POs at least.

He's occasionally gonna steal you a win but will probably give just as many (or more) away, and will generally play solid, if unspectacular in most games as long as the team in front of him is decent.

I really really really dislike Vegas, that said, I hate that the tying goal was disallowed. I don't know what the answer is, but damn it setting a screen at the top of the crease with just the tiniest bit of contact did not stop Talbot from making the save, he failed to make the save because of a beautiful screen. That should not result in a goal being called off. Completely different game if it counts. The NHL keeps saying it wants scoring to go up, not calling off a ton of legitimate goals would really help.

The exact same thing(but even weaker contact and Fleury initiated) happened in Game 4 that completely stalled any momentum.

So at least they are consistent in the stupid ass rule.

This seems like a typical Vegas home playoff start.

The first Vegas Penalty in a game 7 in franchise history. HISTORIC

I legit thought he was still in Colorado.

Ha that was also their first penalty since like half way through game 4, aside from the mandatory penalty for their blown challenge in Game 6.

But yeah, unfortunately we traded for Cole about 5 games into this season.

Started a little slow but playing pretty well over all.

We need to hit the damn net though. Mind blowing insight I know, but I think we have missed about 4 point blank shots already that required no effort from fleury.

Can the Wild survive their second period kryptonite?

No Brodin and now maybe no Suter. Not good news for Minny.
