This is one of the most vanilla, passionless series I've watched in a while, maybe ever.

Is it because the Habs suck and the Leafs don't really have to try?

Is it because there are no fans?

Who knows but this series, and the whole North Division playoffs for that matter, have been boring as an outsider. And that's coming from a fan who is happy when either of these teams loses.

I hope the Leafs play four incredibly boring playoff series and then lift the Stanley Cup. I’ve had enough soul-crushing disappointment over the last 8 years from “exciting” playoff series to last me a lifetime from this team, I’ll just happily accept the wins.
