There are a number of Day Two QBs the Rams could get with their many 6th and 7th round picks. Trading into the First round would start with giving away our 2024 First Rounder and then into the future from there and there is not one QB that is worth that.

Folks are saying that Bryce Young is the next Mahomes. I say bullshit!! The dude is like 5'10", 194 pounds. He is the Atwell of QB's in this year's draft.

The Rams would be way further ahead of keeping their draft picks and go heavy on both O and D lines and start there beginning in the very high Second Round pick we now have.

Then sign Mayfield for a back-up role or even give an open competition chance to win the job outright. Stafford is coming to the end of his career anyways but because he's a McShitferBrains' guy, Mayfield would have to extend as a back-up. Stupid.

What do you think Ramsay would fetch if we traded him?

I doubt the Rams will move Ramsey but if they do sometime around June, he'll probably fetch a Second Rounder and two Thirds at the very best is the rumor. The destination will either be across the hall to the Chargers or to the Lions or even with Evero with the Panthers.

Another rumor is if the Rams do not trade into the First Round by mortgaging the future heavily, they will stay at 38 in the Second Round and take a TE. Dumbasses, again.

That would indicate moving on from Higbee, who has a cap hit of $9M this season. Not the worst idea, but 38 is overpaying unless you're hoping for Mayer to slide a little. Seems early for Kincaid, who isn't going to provide much blocking, or Washington, who didn't get a lot of production last season.

Much bigger holes to fill this season than TE, lol.

Did another mock draft. Only did trades that had a 50% chance or higher of happening according to the site.

I'm protesting a GM firing if these 2 dummies pick a TE with that 1st pick. T, Edge, G, C

There are so many excellent O-lineman they could take with that Second Rounder it's laughable if they take another position. Now they have to replace Wagner.

They marched themselves into this mess by giving out too much money to players which has been their habit and the Shitferbrains twins can no longer be trusted to do the right thing with the draft picks they have.

Plus, there are some very good O-linenan FAs like the Broncos' Risner or the Iggles' Lillard the Rams should sign but have little money to do so. Then there is Robert Woods. Just a mess.

I wouldn't pursue Woods, but 50 catches on a limited pass team like the Titans isn't bad and he played all 17 coming off that injury.
