I'll go with this one:

#95 Marquis Hayes G OU 6'-5" 325

#133 Micah McFadden LB Indiana 6'-2" 240

#202 Max Borghi RB Washington St. 5'-10" 205- I'd go with this guy in place of Borghi: #243 Nick Ford C Utah 6'-5" 320

#221 Kendrick Duncan Safety 6'-2" 206

#258 Baylon Spector LB Clemson 6'-2" 230

#275 Andrew Stueber T Michigan 6'7" 338

#280 Damarri Mathis CB Pitt 5'-11" 197

#289 Brock Purdy QB Iowa St. 6'-0" 200

We could do better with #258, #280, and #289. Maybe another CB who is bigger and badder rather than Mathis. Araiza would fit nicely here. Don't need any of those three smallish players. Beavers would be a good insert in Rd 3 as well and Heyward is a way better bigger RB for a change maybe at #280!

There is some great value players in this mock as well. Like the PSU LB and the O-lineman picks.

That would be great to have a guy named Big Kat.

I can hear the announcers already: “ Watch Big Kat come off the edge and pounce on Murray like he was a mouse. He obviously had his catnip for breakfast “

I'm not completely sold on Ariaza. He had a pretty high touchback rate and is just a basher IMO. He might be a better fit for team that really needs to flip field position, whereas I think the Rams need more of a technician that can pin the ball inside the 20. Plus, his name recognition likely gets him overdrafted for a punter. Maybe someone like Jordan Stout from Penn State could be had as a UDFA?

Well then. you'd want one of these guys like Sterling Weatherford. Rams seem to prefer ILBs that can play safety or vice versa. Smallish, fast guys or something of that sort.

Just finished the Rams picks in a live mock draft on the hoop:

3.104 DeAngelo Malone, Edge, Western Kentucky
4.142 Mario Goodrich, DB, Clemson
5.175 Thayer Munford, OT, Ohio State
6.211 Malcolm Rodriquez, LB, Oklahoma State
6.212 Eric Johnson, DL, Missouri State
6.268 Reggie Roberson, WR, SMU
7.238 Jashaun Corbin, RB, Florida State
7.253 Spencer Burford, OG, UTSA

No punter, but only Araiza had been drafted with just the 7th round compensatory picks to go. Stout could be a UDFA?

Stout will be the guy the Rams draft because they are expecting Araiza to be gone.

New mock has the Rams selecting the big tackle from Ohio State, Nicholas Petit-Frere in the third. I hope the Rams take at least one of the many O-lineman in an O-lineman rich draft. Perhaps the Rams should draft two new lineman like they did when they took Edwards and Evans in the 2019 Draft.
