We need an AC spot next year for Tavita. I'm hoping they'll keep Read around (because he is apparently a scouting/eval wizard) but give his coaching spot to Thompson.

I believe that was the first punt and he regretted not returning it. After that, he tried to return the rest of them, and then he had zero blocking and he was swarmed.

Yeah, I'm not saying our punt return scheme is perfect...just saying that it's not always to blame. DPE has shown flashes of his old self this year, but he hasn't been 100% back.

yea, i'd agree it's not all on Reed, like Caleb's negative yardage punt. but 12 men on the field, come on man. then the blocks and the one's that have been oh so close, just doesn't seem like he's instructing the guys in what to look for in rushers and how to adjust to it.
