You have this insecurity that because I didn't line up on my knees with you in front of GU and NWG that I have something against them. There is a difference between saying a team and/or player sucks, and saying that a team and/or player is good, but you just can't bet on them.

You thought Gonzaga was incapable of making a FF or title game because of their schedule. I'm not caught up on anything, this was probably the biggest discussion on this forum all season. It was pretty clear this was their best team under Few. But you couldn't look past their schedule even though that has no bearing on how good they are.

And maybe you don't realize that NWG was the main reason they had that big of a lead? Just be prepared if Gonzaga wins Monday night when he's awarded the MOP.

Roy Williams seems to go for low 5 stars/high 4 stars. Basically top talent that will stay a few seasons. I think that's how you win in today's 1 and done NCAA.

You refuse to acknowledge that you have no idea what you're talking about and that makes having a discussion with you (and hockey) impossible. I never said that they were incapable. How have you guys missed the dozen or so times that I clearly said that they are capable? I said that I can't say going in that I'd predict it. That's 100% all I have been saying, surrounded by how much I think they are a good team, and are a good program. I've stated over and over that they are definitely good enough to go to the FF, but I just can't say before hand that I'd predict it. My ceiling for them was the EE, how does that mean I think they are incapable? How can you make that leap?

You still can't get it through your head that there is a difference between saying a team sucks, and saying a team is good, but you don't have them in your FF.

How is it that you completely miss this when I say it at every turn?

Yeah he has 1 every other class. And for the most part, is lucky that they aren't 1 and dones. There are low 5 stars that are McDonald's All Americans, not every one is one and done.

That is actually only recently. He was regularly landing Top 10-20 players before the OAD thing became really big. I'm thinking his recruiting pitch just doesn't attract the OAD's. He still goes after them, but he usually whiffs.

Roy is also a pro at landing guys who turn out to be great 4 year college players, but don't have great pro prospects.
