just very difficult to imagine this team contending for anything, but a small part of me still thinks this is just a rough stretch and that they'll wake up and play strong the final 2 weeks.

If they lose tomorrow they would have to win at least 1, if not 2, against the dodgers to right the ship. Can't see that happening. They cannot lose either of the next two and have any hope IMO.
