that's the game. playing tampa bay and now the dodgers is a reality check for sure. this team cannot compete with actual contenders, or anybody really. i'll be surprised if we get a series win against the A's.

Yet another game pissed away they should have won if not for making stupid baserunning blunders.

I taught my little leaguers and they all completely picked it up quickly

When you are on 3rd base with less than 2 outs, you freeze on ANY line drive to the infield to be certain you do not get doubled up and you run on all ground balls that get past the pitcher ... EXCEPT a ground ball hit right at you to the 3rd baseman.

Mariners are the biggest fools and choke masters late inning and they have no basic discipline not to run themselves out of innings time and time again game after game after game.

I figured they would win 1 of 3 vs LAD. Now I am not so sure we salvage a win in tomorrows game.
They just looked like beat dogs at the end of that ballgame.

I looked it up yesterday and the Mariners strike out 25% of the time and average just a few percentage points below 10 K's per game.Think about that. That is 10 less times they are putting a ball in play. That is a lot especially when you times it by 162. Add to the fact they bat .186 (I believe) with runners on 3B. Just not good approaches and you can stick that whole control the zone up their as*ess.

Total lack of discipline, and in a close division tittle race that’s what you bring ? He’s lucky I’m not the skipper, those kinda stupid mental mistakes tick me off beyond belief … We’re all human we can screw up but such a simple mental thing just drives me banana’s … get your effin head in the game, that’s little league @@&@@ ….
