Cooley On assessing Griff:

Gotta find a way to grow, right now looking like a possible project QB, given current mechanics.

Plays on the move, pretty good

Out of the pocket, pretty poor. Needs to practice broken plays. Total breakdown when this happens.

Receivers do not react to him down field when he gets out of the pocket.

Never taking a 5 step drop from under center, to develop, needs to do this.

Happy feet makes for inaccuracy. May not be getting better, may be developing long term bad habits.

Typical sequence: First read, am I getting sacked, run. Not seeing the field.

Obviously this is all based off the KC game, but definitely worrisome analysis from a guy who's judgement I value.
