I think we should do things like this during down times more often. Like top 5 underrated shows or something similar.

This is alot of fun. However I would shorten the time to pick. Overnights being the exception.

Definitely. Said it around the time we started this but I agree we should make this an offseason ritual! Far too much fun.

Maybe we let the winner of A-league decide which category we draft? Or to include both leagues we could have A-league champ decide the genre, then B-league champ decide TV vs Movie? And have someone up for oblivion that we want back run the draft? lol

Dang right Candy would be gone - the guy was comic genius (for me mostly from his movies though - loved Uncle Buck - Planes, Trains and Automobiles - The Great Outdoors. .... And Vacation

Yea, seems it's the same handful that are on here checking more than once a day - unfortunately. .... not sure if the initial interest is dwindling - or it's just real life stuff taking priority. ....

I imagine if we did a Saturday Night Live Cast draft it would get a little more challenging! I can imagine the first 10 picks now... Belushi, Farley, Murphy, Murray, Hartman, Aykroyd, Myers, Carvey, Ferrell, Radner.

There are anywhere from 15-20 different cast members that could be argued as top 10 ever.

I loved Sandler on SNL, and briefly afterwards when he was still in his prime. Not a huge fan of his movies nowadays. For the record I had him typed into my 10th spot, but then realized I didn't have any females in there and felt obligated!

Tina fey you want to have as one of the best but she only really did weekend update... I feel like her popularity became so big mostly from outside of SNL... Probably began with Mean Girls

Probably the best female SNLer was Molly Shannon... and she didn't really do anything afterwards...

I'm with you on Fey. Weekend Update was her only shtick so I can't put her in the discussion. Same with Jane Curtin IIRC. Radner, Oteri & Shannon were much bigger to the show. Dratch, Wiig & Poehler too.

Fey was known as a comedy writer for most of her SNL days... Its to bad, because what we know about her now, she could have easily been the greatest female, and she could have been a top 5 ever...

Shannon is probably my favorite female... superstar was a great skit...

Shannon is probably my favorite female... superstar was a great skit...

Shannon & Oteri were my personal favorites. Everything they took part in was gold. I wasn't born yet to truly appreciate Radner, but everything I have seen of her on that show tells me she was the Queen of the females. Basically opened the door for all the females that proceeded her.

Dana Carvey, Jon Lovitz and Kris Kattan were underrated in my opinion.
