Mine:

1: Fantrax
2: ESPN
3: Yahoo

For me, Fantrax is a no-brainer for top choice. Easy to use and it has a chat box that people actually participate in.

ESPN is also easy to navigate and has the best Trading Block.

Yahoo used to be my favorite. Now I find it clunky, slow and generally annoying. Of course, the majority of my leagues are on Yahoo.

I will let someone else talk about what some of us call "The Site That Shall Not Be Mentioned".

What sites are your favorites?

I love CBS, but thats because we actually pay for it in my money league... As for the free leagues... Fantrax allows for most customization, but ESPN Game Center is probably the coolest feature even if it is annoying to get to...

ESPN does have the best if you want up to date stats on your league.
Yahoo has the most people on it.
Fantrax is the best overall.
CBS sucks.

Fantrax - mainly because of it's flexibility for free leagues, and their customer service.
ESPN - the batter vs pitcher tracker is a solid option.
SEE BEE ESS - my money league of 19 years has been run on that site, but free leagues suck)
Boohoo - worst app in app history, and dumb rules to take advantage of like Santana at C...and terrible navigation.
