I don't think I've ever autodrafted in the history of my fantasy career and I'm not about to start. Unfortunately, I just took part in a fucking mock draft that I thought was real...lol

I may have drafted the oldest team in the history of fantasy hockey, but I still think it's a very formidable one. Other than maybe FlyerFinFan, I feel like I have the best goalie combo and still have the horsepower among my forwards to rake in goals, points, PIM and hits.

Well, I feel for you. I was there at 9 as well and participated in a mock draft that should've been the real draft. Then, I had to call out from work to make the actual real draft.

It's not all bad. You have two above average goalies and some wingers that will fill the stat sheet routinely. I would fill both IR slots, then only unload 3-4 of your players. The rest, including Elias, are good to go.

Not to piss anyone off, but I said that I was done once the draft was postponed. I may not even set this pathetic roster up after this week. No point of waisting my time. I wish Raptor could eliminate a team if it is all possible. I have a money league on ESPN that I want to focus more energy on. There was no way I was going to draft at 2330 last night and be at work at 0700. I will do what I can, but this roster is brutal.

players were joining and dropping out and when 9pm hit we had an uneven number of teams so the draft cancelled.

Only option was to have a later draft as we would have missed the first 2 weeks of the season if we waited.

Again I apologize and hopefully you can still try to be active.

Amazingly, I got OV 4th overall in the mock draft at 9 and then managed to get him again 5th overall in the real draft at 11:30 when I thought for sure I'd have no shot at him. To me, he's far and away the best fantasy player for this particular league. Crosby may rack up more assists, points and a better plus/minus, but he'll fall way short in goals (of all varieties), shots, hits and power play stats in general, plus he's more prone to injury.

Hey, at least you got three points out of a 20 year old who was supposed to be a third liner on opening night. Maybe you don't have to drop Saad afterall...lol

Anyone realize that fantasy hockey is underway? It seems like several teams are not starting their players. Some of you are posting here but not even setting your daily lineups. This league is going to suck if you just hand it to me. I'll gladly take it, but it won't be half as fun as earning it.

Sorry but as I mentioned before, I was done once the draft was fucked up. My team proves that.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm confident that I have one of the best teams, so it's not like your team got throttled by a scrub. The draft was a raw deal all around without question, but you could still probably salvage a decent team with a little time and effort put into it. There are tons of young, talented players out there that are getting opportunities (or will when injuries occur) this season and many of them went completely undrafted.

There is a trade that is currently being processed in our league that people need to vote for or against. I personally think it's ridiculous, but it will very likely go through quite simply due to the inactivity in the league. Make up your own minds, I just wanted to let people know about it.
