fantasy football: 49ers or Bengals D

I'm in a league that basically only values ints, sacks, fumbles, etc.

Which D should I start,49ers or Bengals? I actually am thinking the Bengals might cause more mistakes against the Steelers.

No one on the Bengals is containing Mike Wallace
and with Bradshaw, maybe Hicks, maybe Manningham out, I'd go with the 49ers defense
