I prefer H2H as it makes it more like the game.

My team is a good example. I had a starting qb and #1 wide receiver out for a few weeks midseason. I was leading at the time but without two of my best players I went on a losing streak. Team got healthy (although I did lose Kelley late) and I made the playoffs and am in decent position to win it all. In a points league my season ends about week 8. That happens in fantasy, but H2H keeps losing a stud for two or three weeks from being a disaster.

I have a really off the wall idea. My old league talked about doing this but it never got that far.

What if we really expanded the draft (say 30-40 players) and took away trades and FA pickups. Your team on day one is your team. There is enough depth everywhere that injures and byes won't keep you from fielding a complete team. We would have to expand to all FBS which might not fly here but with rosters that size it's something you would have to do.

I don't know who dropped Foreman but I got really lucky to catch that-otherwise I'm pretty sure you are facing someone else this weekend.

My WR's were the difference. I went 25-25-15 at a position where you pretty much assume one is going to lay an egg.

If they play it can be done.

The big question is if football isn't played this year will fantasy sites survive a lost year? I'm sure ESPN would still be around but who knows about Fantrax. That would suck because I'm used to the format now (even though I liked the earlier version better).
