I think we offered either a 3rd or 4th for Samuel during the draft last year. Turner loves him. I hope we get him.

So, with QB in the fold, what 3-4 players do we actually "target" in FA to fill holes? In order, here is my list. The remaining will be drafted.

1. CB: immediately becomes top priority
2. WR: Hoping for Samuel or playmaker
3. MLB: Need a thumper and signal caller to lead our defense
4. S: Not comfortable with anyone back there not named Curl.

Technically speaking, no but...he must conform to what is needed on defense. If he does not want to be a team player, then yes.

Looked at a few Giants highlights today and that seems to be a trend with LC. Great in the box defender.

There's going to be a lot of competition for Samuels particularly from a team like Arizona. If Washington can't get this guy or Golladay (yeah I'm still hoping ) then a really nice alternative could be Will Fuller despite facing a 1 game suspension and a history of injuries since 2017.

I would take advantage of a deep wr class in the draft and not give big money for a name wr
