I agree. I think the worst attendance in the NFL is a step forward for sure. We need to keep the pressure up IMO. Others do not feel that way obviously and want to keep things status quo.

But many of us are not. We see a head coach continually having to put out statements to try to squash that day's shit storm when he should be working on making this team win. It's an endless list of issues and controversies that most definitely has an affect in the team's record. That much has been proven after 25 years, this culture will never win consistently.

Yes, the losing has a part to play, however, I believe Dan is the driving reason. As I have proven, teams with worse records have better attendance. How do they have better records?

These discussions are pointless. He views any complaints as disloyalty to the team and he wants to sweep aside what is going on with Dan. He literally segregates the front office from what happens on the field.

He thinks every draft pick is a home run, every free agent signing is a steal, and that every year is the "year". He literally tells people to "have hope".

I never said any of that. I don't worship RR like you. You have NEVER held him accountable for the loosing since he has been here. You blame COVID, injuries, etc.

I agree that the players have respect for RR, I was going to list that as one of the reasons players stay. But you can't separate the 2. We have heard from players and former players that said this is all a distraction. Are you really claiming RR having to put out fires constantly does not hinder the team's ability to win?

We have a long list of well accomplished people who arrived with solid reputation and left covered with The Snyder Slime. That's why you have to treat all this as one.

We went from 20th in attendance in 2019 to dead last in 2021 after the Snyder story broke. The COVID year doesn't count as not all teams allowed fans to attend.

The losing contributed to us being 20th but Dan got us to dead last.

He did NOT inherit a great team.

However, instead of hiring a GM to help, he took matters into his own hands. He made the decision to cut Haskins and he made the decision to sign Fitz.

He could have drafted out franchise QB in Hebert but went with Young. That was his decision. Yes, he inherited a poor team but he has made poor decisions as well.

But we made the playoffs in 2020 and the attendance still dropped to the worst in the NFL. Other teams had injuries and dealt with COVID.

Snyder is the main reason for the 12 place drop after the bombshell report.
