What a joke! Who care what Snyder says at this point. Goodell is correct, he cannot punish or hold Snyder accountable for not appearing to testify and to think the person asking the question does not know this. The senate should focus on cleaning up their own house before focusing on cleaning others.

I don't understand how Goodell can say that Snyder isn't involved with the team but Snyder's lawyers say he is on a Commanders business-like trip? That doesn't make any sense

If these allegations are true and no steps are taken to remove him, I am looking elsewhere for a team. If true, we should be burning our team gear instead of lining up at the stadium on Sunday morning to support the team. I cannot support a team that tolerates this behavior and takes no corrective measures to fix it.

I personally believe the allegations are true. What I do not understand is why the owners continue to protect Snyder. What I don't understand is the fact that Donald Stirling and Jerry Richardson did far less, but were kicked to the curb without hesitation.

Goodell admitted that the team culture was the most toxic culture "by far". It has been proven that Snyder attempted to intimidate victims, refused to report a report (against himself), and subverted investigations into his behavior and his staff.

He paid off an accuser and did not report it to the NFL. Goodell testified to this.

It is now in the hands of the owners. Snyder will dodge the subpena or find a way out of it. If he does, he will pull a Mark Furman and plead the 5th.

YET...we have posters on this board who want us to brush this aside and talk about the amazing Carson Wentz. We have posters who want us to cheer on the team and pray for 11 wins. Once we win...the fans will come back!

These posters are doing Snyder's work for him in that they buy the distraction in order to ignore the bigger picture. It is mind-boggling that fans will still show up to games and put their blinders on. But hey, we got Carson Wentz and he will save the organization! With each story that comes out, we should revolt and hurt the team in the pocket book. That will not happen though.

He will be gone when enough of the current owners believe he has become more trouble than what he is worth to them. The problem is very rich men are not very well behaved men. The NFL under Goodell has buried stuff for years ... i.e. Deflategate. These yahoo's new what Dan was up to all along. Now the question is, is this just a dog & pony show for the politicians or will they exert enough pressure that the NFL owners say we have to cut ties to Dan.

None of this is a surprise to me. I have been telling you for years that my brother worked there for a couple of years and a number of people I know worked there for even longer. I heard these stories years ago. He is a turd, he is a low life.

It is hard to be a fan of this team. You have to wonder why anyone comes and works for him. We as fans have to rationalize our feelings for the team against a turd of a human being as an owner.

I think the sponsors hold the key to this. Just like with the name. If the Skins start losing sponsors or the NFL (doubtful) I think that would move the needle. Gotta see how Snyder handles his zoom call and waiting on this written report.
