Expansion Draft

I used to do this once per year back at Disney, but haven't done it since the migration...

Following the rules of the 1997 expansion draft...

Notable Omitions

Scoots - He is expensive, and we have other options at 2B (Arias, Panik, Noonan, Abreu).
Hanchez - Only because I already protected Susac. I actually expect we would lose him.
Arias - We may lose him as well, but again, we have options everywhere he plays.
RK - I like him, but if we end up losing him in this kind of draft, I would count that as a victory.
Oropesa - He completely flopped in AA, and may have been passed on the depth chart by both AnVill AND Ragira at 1B.
Cody Hall - He was one of the last guys off my protect-board. I think I would prefer to lose Hanchez over him. He MAY actually have surpassed Hembree as the top Closer-prospect in the system this year. Not sure I can defend not protecting him.
Cabesa Jr - Injury problems. He wont be drafted.
Kendry Flores - Not sure we can afford to keep him unprotected either.
