Here is the problem with Jamies Winston. When he was accused of r*pe, his apologist fans offered the following explanation: It was actually consentual sex with a woman with whom he was cheating. The woman god mad when he cut her off because his girlfriend was coming to town. So his accuser filed a false accusation because she was mad at him.

Bottom line for me - irrespective of any legal ramifications, Winston is a class A1 douchebag.
