LeSean McCoy has been a disaster. He is my one of my starting RB's in my Fantasy League but hasn't done anything the past two games.

As long as he continues running East and West he won't be worth a shit. Seems like he's running scared and afraid to head North.

Now Chip is defending Cooper and saying he is playing well except for a few drops. And also that Mathews is nothing more than a Slot guy. Seriously?

You guys are doomed.

Riley Cooper doesn't start on any other NFC East team.

He shouldn't be starting on this one. But we had to bite the bullet with DJax. Still think he should have stayed. But hopefully they can address it in FA or the draft next year.

I like Cooper. He will make some big plays and silence the critics. No one is even mentioning the non use of Celek which is more noteworthy. No running game is baffling. We need to make more attempts.

My concern is I think we are letting Foles throw a bit too much and McCoy is bouncing too many runs outside. With that being said, it's hard to get the run game going when you are missing 3 of your starters from last year... Hopefully the line will get healthy in time for second half of the season and the O will settle down by then.

Oops I meant to reply to skinzfan, our troll from KFFL, who seems to have made the switch to SH. Welcome. Do you ever post in the Redskins forum, or is that, like boring or something?

The loss of DJax is clearly showing and perhaps because Cooper got paid he also got a big head.

I'm so tired of the whining about DJax leaving...

News flash: Maclin is on pace for almost 1400 yards and has 4 TDs already. If you want blame somebody, blame Cooper for doing nothing until last weekend. If he ups his productivity or the Eagles include Ertz or Matthews more, the WR productivity is the same as last year.

So you don't think the loss of DJax has had any impact on the team/Foles?

Now make sure you keep your hatred out? Try to keep it unbiased. It seems most would agree with his statement except for a select few who just hated the guy.

Of course, Jackson's absence has an impact. Based on a good number of all-22's, people having looked and reported about game tape, and what was visible in the games so far, than at best the impact of the absence of Jackson on the field so far is limited.

Punt returns: Sproles has been as good if not better, especially in consistency.

WR: Yes, Jackson is better at outrunning everyone. Yet somehow many forget how Jackson could also disappear from games, and regularly gave lousy effort (Vikings game for instance). It is not as if Maclin, Ertz and even Cooper have not been able to get open/as open they could last year. The big difference is that Foles is just way off with his passes compared to last year. If he had been hitting them, he would have been on record pace for yardage, and about every single game would have been a blow out. So we could have had Jackson, AJ Green, Megatron, Randy Moss or Jerry Rice in their prime out there, and the results would still be absolute crap, with the way Foles is passing. The big difference might be that instead of the additional deep defender (which would probably be used if the latter 4 are on the field, maybe Jackson as well) picking Foles lousy passes off, they now fall to the ground as the 'spare' defender is in the box.

And a general counter argument: According to McCoy, some of the linemen as well as Kelly, the Eagles are just as much facing 8 in the box this season as they did last season (though now more base personnel rather than dime).

Not whining, just stating a fact. There is no stretch in the Eagles WR Corp.

Its not a fact. Maclin has been open deep quite often. Ertz has been missed. Celek has been missed. Even Cooper.

You dont have to run 4.3 to get open deep. Especially in this Offense.

Maclin isn't pullin' a safety with him like DJax did. Oh, he may goin' forward.... but DJax had over/under coverage much more than Mac. What's that mean......... it means Coop doesn't have NEARLY as much freedom.
