Mullins, with all due respect, the Jazz tanking started on July 5. Here's the news story accompanying it: Warriors land Andre Iguodala after trade with Jazz

Any team that was willing to give up all of their salary cap space to acquire Andris Biedrins and Richard Jefferson was signaling in as obvious a way as possible that it had no interest in competing this year. Anybody who thought otherwise is simply an idiot.
