Interesting. If the commissioner signed this amendment improperly in 2021, one would think that a party would want to fight that immediately rather than wait years. That would be where the ACC might have a defense.

It looks like the buyout could be much less. If true, this will be the domino that drops other teams from the ACC as we know it.

I imagine we will see something happen in the next 3-4 weeks, if there is any truth to this.
