The Emmanuel Sanders tour continues into the weekend. I’m told he’s set to visit the #49ers on Saturday. In KC now

This is the WR I think we pickup. He has some good speed and will be the WR we need to help stretch the field.

This is the best of the ones mentioned so far.

Really I just want to get one of the great WR prospects coming out this year. It'll save money and there are a few players that we will have a shot at that will have a real high ceiling. Just better options in the draft.

He really would be a perfect fit for SF. He is the guy who you forget about that always comes up big when needed most. I hope you guys get him.

I would love to get Emmanuel Sanders. But can we afford him?
At the same time this WR free agent market looks like a buyers market.

I'd also still draft a bigger receiver. I'd snap up Benjamin if he falls or Moncrief.

Also what's up with the Steelers? They seem to have a good knack for drafting quick, shifty WRs (Wallace, Brown, Sanders) but they always just end up letting them walk in free agency. They don't seem interested in overpaying for their WRs.

Same goes for Green Bay.

I wish we had such a WR system in place. We are dependent on Crabtree and Boldin. One goes down, our passing offense turns into crap.

You hit the nail on the head. Steelers just don't over pay very often. Can be frustrating at times but its always been this way and they are usually just fine in the end.

Sanders makes more sense than Edelman or Nicks. He made $2,500,000 with the Steelers last year.

Would rather draft Cooks even if Niners trade up. Don't want to overpay for a receiver. If not Cooks, then Beckham. I really think the Niners have a good chance on landing one of them.

It doesn't matter if we sign a WR or CB. We are still gonna draft at that position.

Sanders would be my fav of the 3 we have discussed, he is only 26, perfect slot at 5'11, 186 and runs a 4.4 not to mention the dude is strong and put together could be huge for us to sign him and either Brown or Thurmond, we would be stacked yet again

Getting Sanders is much better than getting an ODell Beckham jr in the 1st or 2nd round. I much rather wait until the draft though

how different or similar is he to Quinton Patton as a player? I honestly don't know much about him, but aren't they the same type of player? Will his signing mean we can't sign Thurmond or Brown?

I'd rather have Julio Jones.

I worry about Sanders' legs breaking down and would worry more if they give him 2+ years unless they can get out of the deal with very little hit. As a player taking away the health part of it, blah! Better than some suggestions (Mike Evans, Allen Robinson, Jarvis Landry, Golden Tate, Miles Austin, Kenny Britt, Julian Edelman, Sidney Rice, etc.), though.

I'm disappointed tha you don't like Allen Robinson. He's high on my wish list. I agree with the other names, though. Not to change the subject, but your boy Larry English is still available isn't he?
