This is so frustrating. The Mariners are a terrible 2-8 against everyone else, but when we show up their pitchers all look like aces and their hitters are working the count nicely, getting walks, and hitting homers. I didn't expect this series to be easy, but I didn't think a sweep would be a possibility with the team only scoring 1 measly run over the course of 2 games. Unfortunately, the absence of Beltre is starting to show up and the lineup really needs to get him back. Hopefully we can end the 3 headed platoon nonsense by moving Gallo to left when Beltre returns. At least he's making things happen.

That and Banny is god awful at managing a bullpen. It was still a close game and you bring in Hauschild? The guy who should be at the bottom of the list with Sam Dyson? I'd rather see Dyson there actually. At least it wasn't a save situation, he might've actually got some outs.

Felix was really good last night and Paxton has pitched better than anyone in the league so far, for the most part. The team needs Lucroy, Napoli, Gomez to get going and a LF option that isnt a turnstile
