I can. They both won their 1st round series about as expected. But the Sixers team that the Raptors played was better than the Celtics who basically laid down for the Bucks.

My bet is that if the series were switched, the Raptors take the Celtics in 5 and the Bucks take at least 6 and probably 7 to take down Sixers.

Maybe the Celtics were not as bad as thought. When the Bucks played bad in game 1 against the Celtics they got their ass kicked. When they played just as bad against Toronto they won by 8.

Can't really learn much looking at one game for any team. That's why the playoffs almost always end up with the best teams in the Finals. A lesser team can steal a game here and there but no lesser team is going to win 3 7 game series against better teams. This year the Finals are looking like the #1 seeds, surprise surprise.

It appears that the Bucks can come back from a double digit deficit and win a game, and the Raptors can't. We'll see if this holds true on the Raptors home court

Raptors probably get one at their house... that might be all for the series though.

Lowry came back to earth, Gasol should just sit the rest of this series, and Leonard is going to end up dropping dead if they don't figure out how to get their bench to at least give half an effort. No way Raptors win 4 of the next 5

"If only someone had done something to help Lowry in game 1. Gasol and Green suck."
Lowry (-10)
Kawhi (-4)
Gasol (+1)
Green (+4)

"If only someone had done something to help Kawhi in game 2. Gasol and Green suck."
Kawhi (-19)
Lowry (-19)
Gasol (-14)
Green (-11)

The PLUS/MINUS is always an interesting statistic.
It doesnt tell the whole story no more than just raw stats do.
but I always take a look at it before I make a narrative.

The chances are good if he makes it to the finals, that's why I hope he loses this round.

Kawhi is such a unique guy:

Everybody assuming he was out if he lost the Philly series. Now he needs to win here?

I am honestly not sure any series result matters. Kawhi is going to quietly go about his business. Maybe he resigns if he is happy, maybe he doesn't. But there are very few KAWhi Leonard free agency decisions that would surprise me because frankly, nobody really knows who this guy is or what he is about.

We just know he is a great basketball player.

Portland seems closer to the Warriors (without KD and Cousins) than the Raptors are to the Bucks

Agreed.

Portland much more likely to win both home games, IMO.

Still predicting 5 for both series. Although GS going 7 and Milwaukee sweeping would not surprise me in the least.

If KD doesn't get back, GS could be in trouble against this team.

Huh. Looks like the Bucks are good. Like really really good. Holy shit, Barkley is gonna be right.

Possible.

But if Portland somehow wins, he will have gotten really lucky.

He was predicting them to beat GS at full strength. And frankly that isn't possible.

Not fair? Got a lot of balls saying that as a Dubs fan.

I want a 7 game series here to give KD a little more time.
4-1 worst case scenario...

No you won't... (see the Bucks coming back from -20) in Toronto... They'll grab Raptors on the neck and start straggling them right from the start. 4-1 is worst case scenario, but 2-1 will never happen...
