The East is weak. It's really not hard to come to this conclusion. Yes, the East is more balanced, but what other contenders were there that could go for the title? When Cleveland was a virtual lock to go to the Finals in July, it says a lot about their road to get there. Meanwhile, you have OKC and Golden St. battling it out over who'll play the Cavs.

This isn't rocket science.

Yes weak but the 2nd seed is not as bad as people think. They can compete, the Cavs were clicking in that half. Hopefully they can keep it up

Times like the last 2 years is when I kind of wish they did away with conferences and the playoffs just included the top 16 teams. Semi finals series would be much better like that instead of having teams like the 2015 Hawks and 2016 Raptors in the final 4
