Its still not a good idea to criticize your boss publically whether you work in the public sector or private sector. Thats just plain common sense.

5.5 is a good size. We have had a few of that size in SoCal in the last month, and you check the walls for cracks. For southeast Canada it should be the cooler talk for at least a day.
