Was it an out? I have noticed he doesn't have the arm strength for the wide/deep outs in tight coverage or perhaps even the deep outs in tight; and he still, understandably, hasn't figured out the speed of the NFL.

Until he figures out that open in college is covered in the NFL he will be throwing picks all year long.
