When you play better teams your offense has to be equal to, if not, a better threat than the opposition! This team desperately needs another high calibre WR. The opposition will always focus on taking away TM, then what? Btw; this has been an ongoing issue for several years!

I am not surprised by the consecutive losses to Pittsburgh and Philly. Our defense played well for 3 quarters but our offense was absolute trash. It appears as though Kliff Kingsbury’s offense is experiencing the usual second half season cool down.

Why do you say that TM was not in the game plan, the dude got shut down by the Eagles defense and Washington had no other answer at the position.

The season is not yet lost, and the division will come down to the last game against Dallas. Here's the last of the remaining schedule.

I too think the defense played well for 3 quarters but got tired in the 4th quarter.

The team led 10-7 at the end of the 3rd period, they lost the 4th quarter 20-8 but the eight points came late after Philly changed to a prevent style defense. Good for the team for scoring but they still had to move in small chunks. Hell of a catch by Ertz on the two point play.

Looking back at the schedule the team is 3-3 in their last 6 games and Mariota was the QB of one of those wins. Another win was by Hail Mary. Without that they are 6-5 now. The three losses were all to potential playoff teams.

I am not going on one or two players. The offense has stalled. Jayden hasn't been good, for some reason they did not get anything in the intermediate or long range. The line hasn't been quite as good and WRs are okay but not great. McLaurin only got 2 targets for 1 reception.

Winning cures all, losing causes everyone to start pointing fingers. Did the league catch up Jayden, is Kliff going through his 2nd half swoon, are injuries mounting on Daniels. My overall thought is there may be some of all of that. Still the team is 7-4 with six games to go. Most of us didn't expect that. 4-2 the rest of the way has them in the playoff picture. I don't think it is time to panic, we knew this team needs more players.

This is on KK. Our run defense let us down tonight. I know, defense on the field far too long however, we have been gashed ALL YEAR LONG! Need more talent on that side of the ball.

nonsense. no way he got shut down by a rookie CB. They didn't design plays for him at all. Very bad offense last night

You can’t play an aggressive defense like Philly has and not at least attempt to expand the field. I don’t remember but I don’t believe we ever even tried to take a shot down field. Consequently, Phillies safeties started cheating up. We never countered with going over the top.

Moreover, Jayden’s mechanics were awful. We was not setting his feet when he threw., causing multiple dirt balls and inaccurate throws. Not sure what’s going on, but this needs to be addressed ASAP.

we dont have to beat philly to get in. If we cant beat Dallas without Dak, Titans, and Saints we dont deserve to go to the playoffs. that would be 11 wins.

RANDOM POST GAME OBSERVATIONS

1. The O-line got destroyed all night and was the biggest reason for the loss
2. Jayden had happy feet and was throwing off his back foot a ton. (Ribs? Worried about the line?)
3. D was outstanding for 3 quarters. Offense let them down completely.
4. This was another game with a TON of self-inflicted wounds (we are not sharp offensively AT ALL)
5. How do you go for it on 4th down after your line just got blown off the ball the previous two plays??
6. Illegal contact??? ....are you F'n kidding me?
7. Did Kingsbury not know that Robinson was playing?? WTF?
8. 0 targets in the first half and 2 for the game is an absolute fail by everyone involved
9. Why on EARTH are we running QB draws up the gut?
10. Very questionable play calling all night.
