I felt the same but I would have been fine not knowing and leaving that info to the family only. A simple "The driver of the vehicle was deemed not to have committed any crimes or violations. The police have deemed this an accident and closed the case".

Well if I'm 3 times the legal limit andva drug cocktail included, get hit walking on a highway, it will be reported in the news. Only difference is Haskins is known, while I'm not.

Had feared that this is what they would find... Drugs & Alcohol in his system. But I didn't think they would find the extent of what they found. Drunk driving and to find out he was cheating on his wife... Not a good look. Kids can be dumb & wreckless, but this is worse than that.

My view of the kid has drastically changed with this new info. Still tragic, but its leaning towards the idiotic narrative now.

Huh? Not sure I follow. The reports came out that he was intoxicated (alcohol only I believe) when he did that.

IMO if you do something like that you're intoxicated, not mentally all there, or just dumb as fuck and maybe at that point Natural Selection is doing a favor.

Seems this is his family's attorney's story. I'd be interested to see what it's based on other than some attempt to get paid. I hate to make a negative statement about the dead and his family, but I don't see anything yet that changes the story YET. No one is saying he wasn't on drugs and intoxicated. I'd like to see the proof it wasn't just him taking drugs and drinking. Stay tuned I guess

The driver of the dump truck refused a blood test. His watch was stolen before he was killed. He had ketamine in his system. That is some weird shit. Maybe he was targeted and being followed but hard to believe the driver of the truck was involved and purposely ran him over…at least just from the little info we have provided….but who knows
