COLUMBIA -- Missouri backup quarterback Maty Mauk was arrested Thursday and charged with four misdemeanors relating to a traffic incident in Columbia, according to MU police captain Brian Weimer.
Weimer said that a little after midnight Thursday morning, University Police saw a man driving a scooter with two female passengers who were not wearing helmets. Officers saw the scooter run through a stop sign, and the man — who failed to stop for police — then drove between two residence halls. Officers later discovered the scooter, which had been abandoned, located between two cars with scratches.
