Though the national media was fawning over last night's win against the Heat, this one might have been even more satisfying for me. Tired legs from playing the defending champs the night before against a team that hadn't played since the afternoon on New Year's Eve.
Already said it in the Heat thread, because of it's relatively.
Andre iguodala the Golden State Warriors Scottie Pippen comes through in the clutch with a Jordan-esque Jump Man pose to finish the magical six minute comeback... Positively powerfull.
Wow, I had to wake up early and rewatch the game, D.Lee was doing his thing again last night.
Seems like he's really found his elbow jumper. Bogut showed some good mobility early on, had a nice ally thrown by AI. Dubs have great out of bound plays and that flex play from the top where Klay or Steph swings to the Top of key seems to get BOgut easy looks at the rim nightly.
I still don't know what Millsap was doing shooting 3 point shots, he's game is best around the rim or midrange, ATL seems a little lost down there. They have decent post players, MIllsap, and a aging Brand, want to shoot 3's like the Dubs, and run the San Antonio offense? Pick a scheme and stick with it.
A ugly win, is a ugly win, but Steph had 9 turnovers. Probably mostly from fatigue, but even at 34 minutes played last night, Steph seemed worn down. LaGruber/Myers needs to pull the trigger on a back up Point ASAP. Steph had a good game besides that 22 pts, 9 dimes 8 boards.
I checked the score while watching the Ohio State-Clemson game and the Dubs were down 82-69 and I gave up. Nice to see Sports Center this morning with Iguodala's winning shot at the buzzer. 8 in a row!
