I don't know, think I would rather see us lose this weekend against the Skins. I have no warm feelings for Washington, but let them have this one. Higher the draft pick we have the better chance we have at fleecing someone in a trade back in the 1st round.

How about we enjoy the game then as a "no lose" scenario. Win and we swept the skins in our terrible year. Lose and we get a top 5 pick. Silver linings

That is how I've been looking at it. We get a look at some backup guys as well . I wouldn't even mind Showers getting a few drives too.

I was hoping to see Showers last week, not because I think he's better than Moore but just to see what he brings to the field. I think we all agree we need to draft a QB of the future, but we also need to see if we have at least a decent BU currently on the team. With minimal evidence I don't think we do.

Same way I'm thinking about it. He is a good sized guy, looked like he had a strong arm when he played in the spring and good mobility. Nothing like real game to see how a guy does.
