No question he is being brought in to teach RG3 how to conduct himself, speak to the media, and most of all get that locker room back on his side. I love this move. No one knows more about dealing with the pressure of playing QB in the District.

Wouldnt mind seeing this move made, maybe bring Doug in as a front office guy. But I was also hoping he would do a little QB coaching from a mechanics as well as handling ones self with the media. As some have stated, Rg3 could use a mentor, and one that doesnt stand to directly gain financially from steering RG3 in a particular direction.
