Javedon Clowney is acting his way right out of the top pick and further downward. Second speeding arrest along with a very pedestrian final year. As crazy as it sounds I wouldn't be shocked to see Stephon Tuitt have the better career, I am not calling it but simply wouldn't be suprised a bit. I am a big fan of Tuitt's upside. Take a few pounds off him and he still can be strong enough to play in a 3-4 or fast enough to play in a 4-3. Not sure you can say the same about Clowney. I would be scared to take Clowney with the top pick right now . If my Packers could get Tuitt around pick 16 ish I would be elated. Call me crazy but that's how I see it.

CBS sports player rankings has him as a 1st round draft choice. Check it out , they grade all the players. Tuitt and Nix both grade in the first round . Zach Martin grades 1-2 round, Chris Watt round 4, Prince Shembo 4-5, and T.J. Jones round 6. That is as far as I looked through it.

NFL advisory committee gave him the 2nd round grade.

I would love the Niners to move up and draft him, they'll need to replace McDonald I'm pretty sure he's a Free Agent next year.

Tuitt would be a good pick for the 49ers. Perfect fit.

Cowboys desperately need D-Line and he'll likely be in their draft range, but they'll probably go with another receiver or something idiotic.

A 2nd rd grade!! WOW. Did not see that coming. He is clearly the #2 DE in this draft behind Clowney. Tuitt's pro day and combine can make him a 1st rd pick, but if he has bad days, he could stay where he is. I still think he goes, and I still see him going in the 1st.

Would love to see him here in NE opposite Chandler Jones!! Jones, Vince, Kelly, Tuitt....comeon.......that is fucking insane!!

Vince may not be the same coming off an Achilles injury

Of course he'll be tough to deal with but at his age and size that injury usually means the end of your career as a star player when it happens.

I was shocked to see 2nd rd myself but that is the grade he got so lets hope he stays now. IF he stays I can see a 10-2, 11-1 season. He he goes 9-3 or 10-2 season. I think he is good for 1 game change.

Tuitt might be a 3rd rd pick now after this game. He just looked slow. he really needs to get into shape. He looks really bad.

There is a big difference in money between going in the middle of the first round and the middle of the second round. Tuitt may be thinking another year improves his draft stock to the first round. Of course, he could think that not playing next to Nix will mean double teams next year, so his stats could be worse. So I guess this means that I have no idea what he's going to do.

Not for nothing, but that field did not help anyone. I watched on numerous times Tuitt slip right when the ball was snapped. He was literally falling to his knees as the ball was in play. That field fucking blew!! It ruined the whole game if you ask me. Guys could not stay on their feet at all. When Tuitt was able to stay up, he was a beast!

I'm not sure what this kid will do but at the end of the day I wish him the best regardless.

Everytime a top junior decides to come out Bridgewater, Clowney, Manziel, Lee does it make it more likely that Tuitt sticks around? I think all these guys would go ahead of Tuitt in the draft , pushing him further down the list. I think the more guys that come out early, the better the chance that he returns.

It can't hurt that all these guys are leaving early, I think if he came back and had a good year he would be a top 10 pick. Even if his numbers aren't huge because offenses are throwing the house at him and others are making plays NFL teams would see this.
