Free standing on land that has either been bought or inherited. Not many traditional trailer parks. The only ones I know of around me is ones that they rent the trailer.

Little known fact. If the trailer is not on land you own you must buy a tag every year for it.

As an advertiser I'd want the LA markets cuz like money and shit.

Oddly enough, since I moved from LA to Tampa, my disposable income seems to have mysteriously grown...must be something in the water. Or perhaps it's the fact that I'm not paying the state of California almost $40k in income tax and property taxes.

I have paid the state of Florida $0 in income tax, and my property tax bill here for the last 5 years wouldn't cover my annual property taxes in Cali....

The only thing I miss about Southern California is the weather.

But, go on with your bad self telling how great it is in LA...cuz money and shit.
