I wouldn't say there is a problem. I love the coffee I have but that doesn't mean I won't try to try different things to make it even better. The nice thing about those burr grinders is the uniform size of the grind which is something my grinder can't accomplish.Could be part of the problem, getting to much extraction I got a burr love it tag me later I can't remember the name. Got a great deal.
